Domaine Apostolidi Assyrtiko White

An elegant, fresh Assyrtiko with lots of power! The grapes come from the organic-biodynamically managed Agia Triada vineyard, which is extremely calcareous and thus gives the wine an extra dose of minerality. In the glass, intense yellow color with slightly greenish highlights. On the nose aromas of bergamot, lemon and daisies with some notes of honey and honeysuckle. Crisp with a salty minerality and herbal finish.

The vines of the indigenous Assyrtis grape originally come from the island of Santorini, but are now also cultivated on the northern mainland and produce excellent wines. A wine with the possibility of aging for at least 5 years!

Goes well with: fish and seafood, pasta dishes with light sauces, white and fatty cheeses.
