Maitake Dried Mushrooms

These are cultivated mushrooms of the species Grifola frondosa (Dicks.) Gray (1821) (otherwise Kastamanites, Japanese Maitake, English Ram’s Head. It consists of a common stem with branches that look like irregular semicircular leaves.
