Tremella Dried Mushrooms

These are cultivated mushrooms of the species Tremella fuciformis Berk. (1856)
(white fungus, jap. shiro kikurage). Whole dried mushrooms of the genus Tremella in a plastic jar tightly closed. Mushrooms of pale yellow color with a characteristic mushroom aroma and a very nice taste.
