Agave is a cactus plant grown in the deserts of Mexico. Its syrup is extracted from the leaves of the plant after special treatment (hydrolysis). The wonderful taste of the syrup is slightly reminiscent of honey and caramel. Ideal alternative to sugar and processed sweeteners. It is ideal for pancakes and ice cream, for breakfast and yogurt.
