The seawater collects in the natural rocky cavities and evaporates slowly from the sun and the air. Thus a layer of salt is formed which is collected with wooden spoons, from June to September every year. Then the white crystal flakes (flower a ), dry with the help of the sun in a completely natural way, are carefully cleaned by hand and placed without additional ingredients in glass jars.
