In the Kallirachi scale of Thassos, in selected organic olive groves, we cultivate the thromba olive.

It is a traditional Greek olive variety, which is part of our Mediterranean diet. The olive “wrinkles” and is naturally displayed on the tree.

The harvested fruits are layered with sea salt and naturally acquire their pleasant taste.
