No preservatives and dyes.
Fermented with day sourdough. Based on the traditional recipe of Thassos, with soft flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh vegetable pulp (beetroot, Florin pepper, carrot, tomato, spinach and onion).
Out of respect for tradition, the hand rub could not be replaced. The taste result vindicates. It is combined with feta cheese, tomato sauce or even lightly fried onion and seafood!
Ideal for fasting without discounts on taste! Cook in boiling water, with a little oil and stir constantly.
