Color pale ruby. Aromas of fresh red fruits make their appearance in the glass, cherry, gooseberry and fresh sour cherry on a subtle background of vanilla and nutmeg. Medium body with a velvety mouth feel and a pleasant balance with rich red fruit flavor characteristics With an aftertaste that lingers for a long time in the mouth.
It is served at 16-18°C and perfectly accompanies the honey-colored cheese of Lemnos, charcuterie, grilled meats.
