Fermented with day sourdough. Traditional recipe of Thassos, with durum wheat semolina, sheep’s yogurt and goat’s milk. Out of respect for tradition, the hand rub could not be replaced. The taste result vindicates. It is combined with feta cheese, tomato sauce or even lightly fried onion and chicken. It is cooked in boiling water, with a little oil and stirs constantly.
