Lavender is a very hardy plant with purple flowers. It blooms in late spring. It is a phryganic and multi-branched plant, with upright shoots that grow from the base. It is a shrub with a height of 30 to 80 cm. It has gray-green leaves, narrow as lanceolate. The flowering shoots end in an inflorescence. It is an aromatic – medicinal plant and in addition to decoction it is also widely used as an essential oil.
Lavender essential oil has long been known for its calming and relaxing properties. However, in some exceptional cases, lavender essential oil has been shown to be mobilizing (energizing) in practice.
INDICATIVE WAYS OF USE
