Louisa or otherwise <<grass of god>>, has beautiful small flowers in white, purple or green and a wonderful aroma reminiscent of lemon. An herb with various properties, which, although we have identified it with the Greek land, actually originates from America. As a decoction: Pour in a cup of boiling water 1 tablespoon of the herb and leave it for 10 minutes. We drink up to 3 cups a day. In the kitchen: Gives meal and lemon aroma in sauces that accompany white meats or fish, goes well in soups and salads, while its fresh leaves flavor sweets (eg cakes, ice cream) and drinks.
