Rapunzel’s high quality safflower oil is derived from milk thistle seeds without applying pressure at high temperatures. This preserves the nutrients of the seed as well as its natural taste.
Rich in vitamin E. Its mild, light taste makes safflower oil ideal for salads and cold dishes, as well as for dishes with vegetables or cereals.
For the production of organic oils, the European regulation does not allow the use of chemical solvents or refining. The only processing done is filtering. Any cloudy appearance and sediment due to fats is not a disadvantage of the product.
Keep closed in a cool, dry and dark place.
After opening, close the package tightly.
