The pickled vegetable sushi is a “prototype” of the Lagadas Farm company, with the aim of becoming one of its “stamp” products. It took a long period of experimentation and testing to visually and tastefully unite two kitchens that differ in their basic materials. The result will surprise you! All vegetables, after going through the fermentation process, are rinsed to remove excess salt and placed on a work bench. The vegetables are cut by hand into pieces of a certain size, placed on top of each other and rolled into a roll, like sushi. Vegetable sushi accompanies all dishes of Mediterranean or Asian cuisine as well as fasting. Excellent complement to legumes and meat varieties. It is an excellent appetizer for tsipouro or ouzo. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
