The organic oak honey is collected in the centuries-old oak forests of mainland Greece and at high altitudes. While our oak forests are many, the conditions of collecting this honey make it a particularly difficult honey, and so it is not very common. This honey has a very dark (almost black) color, a special aroma and taste that reminds a little of petimezi! According to research by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, it is one of the richest honeys in antioxidant substances and is characterized as honey of excellent nutritional value!

It has soothing, antimicrobial and astringent properties and helps the body to be healthy. It is a product of certified organic cultivation, where no antibiotics have been used.
