Hefaistias limnos organic wines Limnia Ampelos, Aristotle’s favorite variety, is ‘married’ to the Aegean Fokiano, which grows in the hospitable lands of Limnos and gives an excellent wine, endowed with the colors and aromas of the Land of Hephaestus.
Color pale ruby. Aromas of fresh red fruits make their appearance in the glass, cherry, gooseberry and fresh sour cherry on a subtle background of vanilla and nutmeg. Medium body with a velvety mouth feel and a pleasant balance with rich red fruit flavor characteristics With an aftertaste that lingers for a long time in the mouth.
It is served at 16-18°C and perfectly accompanies the honey-colored cheese of Lemnos, charcuterie, grilled meats.

Σημειώσεις: Κίτρινο-κεχριμπαρένιο χρώμα, εσπεριδοειδή και ποώδη μύτη με αισθητά αρώματα πεύκου, καλά ενσωματωμένες τανίνες και οξύτητα σε ανάγλυφο ουρανίσκο.
