The Antonopoulos farm is located in Dilofos, at the foot of the Carboniferous Mountain, an area of great natural beauty and zero industrial pollution. Since 1985, starting organic farming (it is the first farm in Greece to be certified with certification number #1) and insisting on the use of only native, traditional and ancient varieties that have been preserved from generation to generation, it has managed to bring old species back to the market of local seeds at risk of genetic erosion and extinction.
