The farm of Antonopoulos is located in Dilofos, at the foot of the Carboniferous Mountain (ancient Fthia), an area of great natural beauty and zero industrial pollution. Since 1985, starting organic farming (it is the first farm in Greece to be certified with certification number No. 1) and insisting on using only native, traditional and ancient varieties that have been preserved from generation to generation, it has managed to bring old types back to the market of local seeds at risk of genetic erosion and extinction.
