For the production of Cappuccino, fresh milk from Northern Germany with hydrogenated vegetable fat from the Philippines is used, which in a special way is dried by spraying. This so-called “Creamer” is then mixed with instant coffee, raw cane sugar and sea salt, so that they lead to this aromatic cappuccino.
The cultivation and processing of this coffee is done at all stages with the strict guidelines of organic farming. Mount Hagen coffees are grown and harvested under organic conditions. Proper controls, as well as accurate raw material specifications, ensure a consistently high product quality.
