Contraindications-Interactions: Not indicated for people who show hypercalcemia, kidney diseases or hyperparathyroidism and/or take thiazide drugs or treatment for psoriasis. There is a risk of hypercalcaemia if taking Vitamin D 4000IU or more daily without knowing your blood calcium levels.
Side Effects: Diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, dry mouth, and metallic taste may occur if you take doses of 10000IU or more.
