Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from ground Italian durum wheat semolina. Contains 65% of cereals. After pressing and shaping with the appropriate matrix, slow and gentle drying takes place over a period of 10 hours at a maximum of 60°C.
Friday: For 100 g of pasta, boil 1 liter of water and add salt. Add the noodles to the water and stir gently. When the cooking time is up, add some cold water to stop the water from boiling and drain the pasta. Cooking time: 8 minutes.
