Our Italian pastificio produces Rapunzel pasta according to the old tradition using only the best Italian durum wheat semolina and pure spring water. Slow and gentle drying at low temperatures ensures the typical taste and the right bite when cooking. Rapunzel Pasta Semola is made from ground Italian durum wheat semolina. Contains 65% of cereals. After pressing and shaping with the appropriate matrix, slow and gentle drying takes place over a period of 22 hours at a maximum of 65°C.
