Some studies have shown that some organic products contain higher levels of nutrients than conventional products. Recent research in the United States showed that organic ketchup had 57% more of the antioxidant lycopene than normal ketchup.
The production process is a continuation of the juice. After condensation, the tomato juice is taken to the kettles where the necessary ingredients are added in the respective proportions. Continue boiling and when the desired condensation occurs, place in sterile jars of 0.33L and then pasteurize. The additional materials we use are also organic in full stage and of course certified. The ingredients we use are tomato juice, sugar, onion, garlic, vinegar, herbs and salt. It is worth mentioning that ketchup as an organic product is the only one produced in our country.
