Balsamic Cream with Honey

Natural flavoring with a wonderful sweet and sour taste, from authentic Modenas vinegar aged in a barrel with the addition of organic honey, ideally combined with the natural sweetness of petimezi. -Does not contain gluten. Where it fits: In green salads, especially those containing cured meats or fatty cheeses (e.g. Gruyere, Parmesan, etc.). We can use it to make salad dressing (that is, mix it with olive oil) or sprinkle it on green salads without incorporating it into the sauce.
