Biofresco Cardamom, grated

Cardamom is also known as “queen of spices” or “seed of paradise”! It is said that ancient generals ordered soldiers to eat cardamom to gain courage, as it was known for its energizing, healing, and aphrodisiac properties. This is where, apparently, the verb “cardamono” came from. Cardamom has a strong, unique taste, and an intense, resinous aroma.
