Among the healthiest snacks, with minimal fat, stragali (which are basically baked chickpeas) can rightly be called a super food, deservingly winning a place next to the rest of the nuts and even “winning at points”.

And this is because stragali have little fat, a lot of protein (about 20%), being at the same time an important source of energy for the human body as they contain a large amount of sugars. They are a good source of carbohydrates (two handfuls of stragali correspond to one portion of lean meat and one portion of spaghetti), contain a lot of fiber and have an advantage over other nuts in vitamin A and beta-carotene, vitamins necessary for cell regeneration. They also have vitamins K and C. They are also rich in calcium phosphorus, iron, magnesium. However, their health benefits do not end here. They contain a large amount of plant sterols, as a result of which they contribute to the treatment of cholesterol. They also contain folic acid, which helps regenerate red blood cells and protects against anemia and thrombocytopenia.
