Vinification: Wild fermentation in stainless steel with 12 days of skin contact, with almost no intervention and no addition of sulphites.

Tasting notes: Yellow-amber color, complex aromas and flavors that change over time, mainly salty and nutty profile, well-integrated tannins and good acidity.
