No preservatives and dyes.
Fermented with 6 days sour sourdough. Traditional recipe of Thassos, with soft flour, durum wheat semolina, goat’s milk and brine. Out of respect for tradition, the hand rub could not be replaced. The taste result vindicates. It is combined with feta cheese or even with lightly fried onion and chicken! It is cooked in boiling water, with a little oil and stirs constantly.
