Helmos is a mountain range located, for the most part, in the prefecture of Achaia with its highest peak being in the province of Kalavryta, where the laboratory of the company KorYS is also located. The name “helm”, helm (English etc.), elmo (Italian), is more closely related to the morphology of the mountain and is etymologically derived from “top”, “crown”, “korys”. Thus, the name ΚORYS (korys) comes from the highest point of Helmos in order to show the “stigma” of origin and the top quality of the company. KoRYS Forest Honey
