Lagadas Farm Pickled Stuffed Eggplant


Pickled eggplants are one of the favorite dishes of the Pontians and Asia Minor. In this way the housewives preserved the vegetables of the summer and in the winter. The aubergine is torn in half and filled with various vegetables such as cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and celery, which together with parsley and garlic make up an excellent filling. Then a piece of red pepper is placed over the slit, like a lid. It has a particularly spicy taste and is one of the three “stamp” products of our company.
