It is prepared by the process of natural fermentation. Florinis pepper is a source of fiber, folic acid, vitamin K and manganese. It is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, lutein, zeoxanthin and lycopene. After all the vegetables have gone through the fermentation process, they are washed to remove the excess salt, placed on a work bench and filled with the chopped vegetables.
