Salepi is produced from the bulb of a rare plant that is scientifically called ORCHIS THE WRITTEN. It grows and is cultivated in the high mountains of the Balkans and the Middle East. Traditionally in Greece, salepi is used as a warming and emollient drink for the throat and stomach. Method of preparation: Thoroughly dissolve the contents of the envelope in 120 ml of water and boil it, stirring until it swells. The drink is ready! Ingredients: organic sugar, corn starch, cultivated salep 4%, cinnamon 1.2%, vanillin, cloves. It grows and is cultivated in the high mountains of the Balkans and the Middle East. Preparation: Dissolve very well (so that it does not clot) a teaspoon of salep in 150 ml (as much as a medium cup) of cold water and boil it, stirring well until it swells. Ingredients: corn starch, cultivated salepi 12%, cinnamon 3.5%, ginger 0.7%, vanillin, clove, nutmeg.
