Roussas Wine Rosé Dry

At the foot of Mount Othrys, in the land of the Titans according to mythology, Vassilis Roussas cultivated the organic vineyard to create special and high quality wines such as the estate’s rosé. The first certified kosher rosé wine, from Cabernet Sauvignon vines, aimed at the Jewish community. In its appearance, the color is pale pink with salmon highlights. Crisp and easy drinking, with a rich finish, herbal aromas, full body, and a pleasant, fresh finish typical of a Cabernet. Goes great with white meats, seafood and pasta with white sauces. It is drunk chilled at 8-10 oC.
