Terra Roza is the natural ode to the rosé tradition of the volcanic island of Limnos, where must from the red Limnio grape is just a splash, paired with the island’s main grape, the white Muscat of Alexandria.

Vinification: 6 days in skin contact in stainless steel Muscat of Alexandria, at a mildly controlled temperature of 19°C, fermented in the wild and blended with a splash of red wine of the limited Limnio grape and bottled with microscopic sulphites

Notes: Skin contact / rosé crossover, spicy fruit and lively tannins.
