They do not need to be sifted after soaking because they are very clean in contrast to the wild mushrooms that come from nature and they need to be sifted to remove soil residues that may have or other forest elements such as leaves etc.
They can be made into a powder with a simple crushing in the multi. The powder dissolves very easily in all foods that have liquids such as sauces, omelets, soups.
They can be very easily used in all our recipes without soaking as they are much more tender than the wild ones. They are even eaten raw as a snack.
