Light to medium lemon.
Addictive, smooth reducing gunpowder to the nose, given with mineral and lanolin notes. Lemon blossoms and rhythmic citrus content of the pale region, fresh apples as a minimal white flesh hint, no in-your-face aromatics, and – luckily – no archetypal varietal connection other than a faint mercaptopentan-hexan terpene profile lurking faintly. Spicy spices and slightly peppery points, any botanical trace suffices in the depth of the tunnel.

Notes: Dark brick red with intense blackcurrant and leather notes on the nose and notes of hay, with a surprisingly clean palate and playful tannins.

In the glass it is soft lemon with golden highlights. The nose is dominated by explosive aromas of white fruits, juicy peaches and citrus fruits, with intense notes of orange peel. Jasmine, thyme and nutmeg follow, completing a rich aromatic bouquet. Spiritous acidity and a balanced body in volume, trigger an aftertaste full of freshness that is “dressed” by the fruit.
FOOD PAIRING: fresh salads, seafood with pasta, poultry, risotto.
