Farm of Antonopoulos Dinkel Whole Milled Flour

Dinkel wholemeal flour from organic cultivation on the Antonopoulos estate in Dilofo, Larissa. Dinkel flour comes from an ancient cereal, of the same family as wheat but of higher nutritional value due to the hard outer skin that protects its core. More easily digestible than wheat flour, as the gluten it contains consists of a greater number of water-soluble proteins (nutrients are more easily absorbed by the body). Its total protein content is 10% to 25% higher than common wheat varieties. Its consumption is recommended for those who have some intolerance to gluten.
