INDICATIVE WAYS OF USE
- To treat colds, headaches and lower blood pressure – inhale over a bowl of 1 liter of warm water 2-3 drops of orange essential oil for 10 minutes.
- Cellulite – Add 5-7 drops of orange oil to the bath to act against cellulite, lower blood pressure and enhance sexual desire.
- To relax, rejuvenate, remove odors and clean the air, put 8-10 drops in the essential oil burner.
In a massage to fight cellulite, prevent stretch marks add 15-18 drops of orange essential oil to 50ml of base oil (almond oil, apricot kernel oil, grapefruit oil, avocado).
Add to the face cream to enhance the elasticity and hydration of dry skin 5-8 drops of orange oil in 25ml cream.
