The flesh is white, elastic at first, brittle later with a pleasant odor. If you look closely at the mushroom you will find that it is hollow inside, which makes it ideal for stuffing. You can choose the largest mushrooms and after soaking them in brandy, fill them with minced meat or cream cheese and fresh spices. Bake in the oven or sauté in fresh butter and extinguish with the brandy you soaked.
