A Greek version of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, from the most burgundy region of Greece, Drama, from the hands of the experienced and French-trained vintner and oenologist Baki Tsalkos. A few days of contact with the skin and lack of handling give the opportunity for comparisons of terroir expression.

Viticulture : Low Intervention

Vinification : 48 hours of contact with the skin is followed by a first gentle pressing and it matures in stainless steel tanks for 6 months on its fine lees with batonage, until it is bottled with a few sulphites.

Tasting notes : Intense nose of citrus and lemon, with a very rich and full mouth and a long aftertaste of honey
